MRG Purchases Land in Midtown

As reported in this Commercial Appeal article. Makowsky Ringel Greenberg recently submitted the winning bid on a rare availability of infill parcels in Midtown Memphis.  The eight acres owned by the state is divided into four non-adjacent parcels and is located on Sam Cooper Boulevard near East Parkway in Midtown Memphis.
