Madison@McLean Underway

Construction has recently begun on Makowsky Ringel Greenberg’s latest project, Madison@McLean, a new 108-unit apartment community located at the corner of Madison Avenue and S. McLean Boulevard in Midtown.

Built to MLGW eco-build standards, the five-story low-rise, designed by Fleming Architects, will include one and two-bedroom units with sleek, modern interiors featuring stainless appliances, granite, and other high-end finishes.  The ground floor will include covered, gate-controlled parking as well as approximately 1,100 square feet of retail space.  Amenities, from a well-equipped fitness center to bike storage and a pet wash room, have been designed to support an active Midtown lifestyle.

Construction financing on the Madison@McLean development was arranged by Rick Wood and Jon Van Hoozer of Financial Federal Bank.
