Gina Mize

Gina joined MRG as a regional property manager in October, 2019. Gina oversees a portfolio of six properties located in Memphis and North Mississippi and is responsible for budgeting, capital project management, collections, maintenance and leasing.

Prior to MRG, Gina spent more than 35 years working for a variety of property management companies including Mid America Apartments, H.M. Heckle, Equity Residential, and McCormack Baron. At Mid America, Gina was the property manager for many years at Greenbrook Apartments, a community of more than 1,000 units. Subsequently, she was promoted to regional property manager where she supervised a portfolio of 4,000 units in Memphis, Southaven and Little Rock.

Gina has received the designation of Certified Property Manager from both the National Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
