Dawn Barber

Dawn has been with MRG since 2004. In her current role as regional property manager, Dawn oversees a portfolio of 17 apartment communities with responsibility for budgeting, capital project management, collections, maintenance and leasing. She works directly with on-site staff, residents, vendors and contractors, and owners to ensure success for all stakeholders.

Prior to MRG, Dawn worked for both Crye Leike Property Management and H.M. Heckle and Company in a variety of property and district management positions. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was their Memphis Chapter #20 President in 2011. She is also a Certified Property Manager.

Dawn has won several awards from the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis, winning 2005 Volunteer of the Year, and receiving Multi-Site Professional of the Year awards in both 2006 and 2013. She was also honored with MRG’s prestigeous Pat Barker Award in 2006.
