@the park Coming to Midtown

Work is underway on MRG’s second new development in Midtown, @the park.  Apartment homes are expected to be available for lease in the spring of 2020.  @the park will be located on parcels located at the northeast and southeast corners of East Parkway and Sam Cooper Boulevard. In 2016, MRG acquired these leftover right-of-way condemnation parcels that were held by the state for nearly 50 years after the development of Interstate 40 was prevented in a landmark Supreme Court case from being built through Overton Park.

@the park will include two three-story buildings, plus 10 two-story townhomes, for a total of 176 units. Finishes and amenities have been selected to appeal to young professionals and residents of a variety of ages desiring to live in the Midtown area but seeking property and apartment home amenities that only newer construction can provide. Luxury finishes will include open floor plans, solid surface counter tops, stainless appliances and other high-end features. Each three-story building will include a fitness/yoga center and indoor community space, plus outdoor gathering/patio areas. There will also be bicycle storage.
