As Chief Executive Officer, Michael Greenberg coordinates all acquisition,
disposition, and financing activities for Makowsky Ringel Greenberg's internal
portfolio as well as real estate investment activities for a variety of
client groups. He is both a Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial
Investment Member. In addition, he is a life member of the Memphis Area
Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club. Mr. Greenberg is a graduate
of The University of Michigan, from which he holds both a Master's of Business
Administration as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. He
has been active in civic affairs, serving as Vice President of the Bornblum
Solomon Schechter Day School of Memphis and the executive committee of the
Memphis Jewish Federation. Mr. Greenberg serves as the firm’s Principal
Broker in both the States of Tennessee and Mississippi. Prior to forming
Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC, Mr. Greenberg served as the Chief Financial
Officer of Makowsky & Ringel, Incorporated, a Memphis based real estate
development, management, and brokerage company. Other real estate experience
was with Trammell-Crow Company, prior to that he worked as an Account Marketing
Representative at IBM in Detroit, MI.

Jim
Ringel, CPM
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Jim Ringel coordinates all property management
functions of the firm's apartment portfolio. Mr. Ringel also serves as the
company’s director of marketing including corporate advertising and
public relations, property advertising and marketing, leasing training,
and economic and market research.Mr. Ringel is a Certified Property Manager
and past President of the Memphis Apartment Association, a position he held
for two terms, as well as a past member of the Association's Steering Committee.
Mr. Ringel is a graduate of The University of Michigan and holds a Master's
of Business Administration Degree from New York University. He serves on
the board of Venture Support, Inc., a local group of businessmen that teaches
economics to Russian Immigrants and helps with start-up businesses. Mr.
Ringel is an Affiliate Broker of the State of Tennessee. Prior to forming
Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC, Mr. Ringel served as Chief Operating Officer
of Makowsky & Ringel, Incorporated, a Memphis based real estate development,
management, and brokerage company. Before that Mr. Ringel worked for Grey
Advertising and American Express, both in New York, NY.

Gary
Makowsky
Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Gary Makowsky coordinates all development
and construction activities for the firm. He serves as the Chief Executive
Officer of Makowsky Construction Company, LLC the firm’s construction
subsidiary. He is the former sole owner and president of Makowsky Construction
Company, Inc. In that capacity he has overseen the construction and/or renovation
of over 1,600 apartment units, working with architects and engineers from
the conceptual stages of the project through the final punch-out. Prior
to merging his company into Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, Mr. Makowsky developed
Makowsky Construction Company, Inc. into one of the premier apartment construction
companies in the greater Memphis area. Mr. Makowsky holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
In 1983, Mr. Makowsky joined Makowsky & Ringel, Incorporated, a Memphis
based real estate development, management, and brokerage company in the
property management division. As Vice President of Property Management,
Mr. Makowsky was responsible for the management of over 5,000 apartment
units in the Memphis area.

Gary
Lubin
Vice President, Commercial Leasing and Management

Gary Lubin, Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Management, has been
involved in the Memphis real estate market since 1980. Mr. Lubin is an
active member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and Tennessee
Association of Realtors. He has served as the Chairman of both the Professional
Standards and Budget and Finance Committees, in addition to being Secretary/Treasurer
of the Memphis Association of Realtors. He was instrumental in establishing
the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Tennessee Association
of Realtors. A graduate of the University of Iowa and a Life Member of
the Memphis Area Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club, Mr. Lubin
has served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Area Association of
Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Plough Towers.

Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Management

Justin Lubin, Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Management,
has been involved in the Memphis real estate market since 1989. He is a
Certified Property Manager and a member of the Memphis Area Association
of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club. Mr. Lubin is a graduate of the University
of Arizona, from which he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning.
Mr. Lubin’s prior real estate experience was with Trammell-Crow Company. |
